Privacy

Public-page scans, screenshot evidence, and report access.

Funnel.fyi audits public websites. This page explains what we store, what we do not access, and how to reach us about your data.

What we collect

When you run a scan, we store the submitted public URL, normalized domain, generated report metadata, screenshots and evidence artifacts, worker traces, and scan status. If you claim or unlock a report, we also store the email address you provide and payment/session identifiers from Stripe.

What we do not ask for

The public audit does not require CMS, hosting, analytics, CRM, Stripe, ad-account, or source-code access. We do not request passwords or private customer data to run the public scan.

Screenshots and evidence

Screenshots are used to show the visible public-page evidence behind each finding. Evidence artifacts may include desktop and mobile captures, page URLs, dimensions, readiness warnings, and cropped or full-page screenshot references.

Email and report delivery

We use your email to claim reports, send one-time passcodes, deliver paid reports, and send product or support messages directly related to your scan. You can ask us to remove a claimed report or email association.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Funnel.fyi stores checkout session references and payment status, but not full card numbers or card security codes.

Retention and removal

We keep scan artifacts while reports remain useful for review, support, debugging, and product improvement. To request deletion, email hello@funnel.fyi with the report URL.

Questions or deletion requests: hello@funnel.fyi.
